Delivery

Ingma Pictures ships the products offered for sale worldwide. Depending on the current legal situation, individual countries may not be supplied. Also certain products cannot be delivered to all countries. Below you will find a list of exceptions. Please also note the information on the articles.

Countries not supplied:

The following countries are currently not supplied. The reasons may be of a legal nature or due to the shipping service provider:
  • Belarus
  • Libya
  • Micronesia
  • Russia
  • Somalia
  • St. Martin (French part)
  • Syria
  • Ukraine

Product-dependent delivery restrictions:

SEACAM products:

SEACAM products are only shipped to delivery addresses within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Exceptions are products offered as used, which are shipped without restriction according to our countries of delivery.

MiniGear products:

MiniGear products are shipped without restriction according to our countries of delivery. MiniGear products are not delivered to the following countries:

  • Australia
  • Hong Kong
  • Malaysia
  • Thailand

MonsterAdapter products:

MonsterAdapter products are shipped without restriction according to our countries of delivery. MonsterAdapter products are not delivered to the following countries:

  • China
  • Hong Kong
  • Japan

Shipping

Ingma Pictures currently has two camps. One is in Germany. All deliveries within the European Union are served from this warehouse.Deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein are sent from the main warehouse in Switzerland. All other countries are also supplied from Switzerland. The availability of products displayed in the web store refers to both warehouses combined. It is therefore possible that the warehouse responsible may not have the ordered product in stock. In this case, the customer will be informed immediately.

Delivery times:

The delivery time specified for the product refers to deliveries for Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Germany. All other countries must add the following additional days to the delivery time:

Shipping costs:

Switzerland, Liechtenstein and countries within the European Union:

The prices shown for the product are inclusive of VAT and customs duties. In addition to these prices, shipping costs will be added. These depend on the selected shipping method. These are displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout when the country for the delivery address is specified.

Remaining countries:

The prices shown for the product do not include VAT and customs duties. These may be incurred when importing into the country of delivery and will be charged to the recipient by the shipping service provider together with any handling fee. This is to be borne by the customer.
Shipping costs are added to these prices. These depend on the selected shipping method. These are displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout when the country for the delivery address is specified.
